4. Appointments, Booking, and Cancellations

- Rescheduling or cancellation should be made within the timeframe specified by our clinic policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- You are responsible for arriving on time or joining telepsychiatry sessions promptly.

6. Telepsychiatry and Online Sessions

- Recording of sessions is not permitted unless expressly authorized.

- Prescriptions are issued at the clinician’s discretion, based on clinical assessment and applicable regulations.
- Medication management may require periodic follow-ups and monitoring as advised.
